I hired him because of the Avvo ratings & it’s hard to find a lawyer that sides with the Tenant. I paid him to take me off of a lease & to get me back my security deposit. I was taken off the lease 3 weeks after hiring him, and still have no security deposit. This guy is a NUT SHOW. Whenever you call... into the office, he is NEVER around. He never returns your calls in a timely manner & he does not know how to communicate with clients. Seriously ... I would never recommend this guy to anyone. Regardless of how desperate they are to get out a lease or whatever case they may have. Never. Not only does he not respond to his clients messages on time but he has other “people” behind the scenes working on your case & you don’t even know who these people are, you don’t get updates about what’s going on with your case. Do not hire this guy if you really want your case resolved with 100% satisfaction. I luckily was able to recuperate the money I lost, paying him + the security deposit, but I wouldn’t send his info to my worst enemy.
