Michele Hollowell Cybulski

Michele Cybulski left a successful career in leadership development to become a champion for injured people. She focuses her practice on injury cases, particularly those involving automobile, truck and motorcycle wrecks.

Michele grew up in Raleigh, and has lived from the mountains of Boone to the coast of Wilmington and many places in between.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and is a proud alum. She earned her master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to becoming an attorney, Michele spent 10 years with the world renowned Center for Creative Leadership, a leader in executive education, leadership development and research. Michele worked with corporate executives across a wide spectrum of industries including global biotechnology, medical devices, software, and publishing, Her passion was helping companies learn how to develop core leadership competencies from within and produce more effective leaders.

She earned her juris doctor from the Elon University School of Law in 2009, and was admitted the same year to the North Carolina State Bar. Michele was a founding member of the Elon Law School Women’s Law Association and she was on the Honor Council.

While in law school, she worked as a part-time legal researcher and summer associate at the Deuterman Law Group, assisting on workers’ compensation, Social Security disability and personal injury cases. It was this experience that sparked her passion for advocating for injured people.

Michele is a member of North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ), the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), and the Greensboro Bar Association (GBA).

Michele has two children, and she lives in Greensboro.
