Tom Maddox didn't seem to have my best interest a heart. He has built his record at the expense of his clients. He will not reach any higher than the lowest hanging fruit. During my property loss case, where my truck was totaled by a drunk driver, I not only lost my truck, but also my business. Tom was not at all interested in pursuing the loss of my business because he was afraid to ask for it from the defendants attorney. I sent in two invoices very early in the case to charge to the defendant, I ended up paying these invoices totaling almost 350.00 out of my portion of the settlement.
