I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his paralegal Leah. I faced with dread the process of trying to claim SSD. I was already receiving Long Term Disability from a private insurer, and I have friends that had been awaiting a determination for many months and in some cases years. The prospects were depressing.
My consultation with Ben left me hopeful, but he cautioned me against being too optimistic, as he informed me of the backlog of cases to be determined. His and Leah's professional yet friendly demeanor left me quite relieved that and convinced that I was in the best of hands.
My wife and I had several conversations by phone and email which were promptly returned, if not answered immediately.
Imagine my surprise when my case received a fully favorable decision in less than a year!
From start to finish, this was much less stressful than I could have ever imagine.
Ben is well versed in my disability, and was engaging in conversation. I have recommended him to several friends, however I do not know if anyone took my advice- they may have thought I was exaggerating in my glowing endorsement.
I will continue to discuss with anyone the benefits of contacting Ben.
