Mike was the attorney on the buyer side of a real estate transaction and I was representing the seller. Mike demeaner during the transaction was in a word rude. He was condescending and borderline mean in his communications. Yes he got the job done but it was not a good experience. I can appreciate h...e works by the letter of the law but when you use that and treat the other side in a manor that lacks professionalism is completely unacceptable. I had heard about other experiences and people seeking legal counsel who were turned off by the way he treats people. He set the tone for the transaction from his first communication which was pretty low and it went downhill from there. There are many wonderful attorneys in Moore Co. and if you are seeking legal counsel in the area I highly recommend you go elsewhere. It was just a poor experience, it was the worst real estate attorney I've ever worked with in my 15 years of real estate.
