Benjamin R. Kuhn

With over 20 years of experience, Ben Kuhn focuses his practice on real estate, business, land use/zoning, and litigation. Ben has represented and advised commercial and residential developers in connection with a wide range of real estate and business related issues. He has represented developers and businesses engaged in commercial, infrastructure, and residential acquisition, development, construction, and leasing across the Triangle community and North Carolina. Ben has also represented real estate and business clients in state trial and appellate courts in order to protect their investments and property rights.

Ben is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Tenth Judicial District Bar, North Carolina Bar Association (Real Estate and Zoning and Land Use Sections), Wake County Bar Association, the Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association (Past President, 2013).

Ben is a Founding Member, Past President (2012), and current Board Member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina, Inc. (), a professional trade organization dedicated to advocacy, research, educational activities, and promotional and advertising campaigns regarding consumer protection abuses and practices which destabilize communities and are harmful to North Carolina citizens, their assets, real property owners, the financial industry, and the State of North Carolina.

He is involved in his community and serves as a member of the Acquisitions and Development Committee of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County.
