Lifesaver

Andrew was an absolute lifesaver! He was a true professional and I don't know what I would have done without him!!!

Better off representing yourself

Andrew was completely unreachable for almost the entire time my case was open. He didn't return calls or emails until I had contacted him SEVERAL times. He was late each time we had to appear in court and he completely forgot about court the day of my actual trial...I called him from the courthouse... and he finally showed up 45 minutes late and COMPLETELY unprepared for the trial. You can guess the outcome! Even after the trial, when simply trying to take care of basic paperwork to get my restricted driving privileges, he was useless and I ended up doing everything myself. Wish I had saved my money all along...I would have been better off with NO attorney!

Andrew Leliever: DEVOTED ATTORNEY!

Andrew’s representation was flawless. He represented me in three criminal cases: He was knowledgeable and professional. I was confident in each courtroom that his representation would yield the best results possible. He succeeded in getting one of my cases dismissed completely, and in the other 2 ca...ses multiple charges were dropped. I remain forever grateful to Andrew for helping me through a very difficult time of my life.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2020.

Suspension With All Stayed issued in NC, 2020

updated on 07/07/2020

Suspension stayed means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.

Censure issued in NC, 2017

updated on 10/04/2017

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Reprimand issued in NC, 2014

updated on 09/25/2014
