Worked w Opposing Counsel to Kidnap my Kids

I hired Robert Cummings in a panic in Nov 2014. I fired him in Dec 2014. I paid him $4000 for approx 6 wks of work. The following is NOT fiction -- federal authorities investigated and there is documentary evidence that the following happened. It's part of a larger story; that larger story will event...ually be in the press. My children were kidnapped Sept 22, 2016. This was done by several attorneys I hired, starting with Robert Cummings...whom I hired to represent ME...and who instead worked with opposing counsel, D. Melissa Averett, and others to kidnap two of my three children. My "child custody case" was a FAKE case -- filed by opposing Attorney Averett to cover up a different case in a nearby county. That's all I will say. The investigation into the larger story is ongoing. I did not learn my kids had been kidnapped (as in, criminally, per Federal Law 18 USC 1201) until 2022. My children were kidnapped Sept 22, 2016 from their schools in North Carolina at ages 12 and 15; by the time I learned it had been a kidnapping (not "just" a child custody dispute) they had reached 18. (And yes, I see them regularly today). That's irrelevant. The point is ROBERT CUMMINGS is an attorney who commits federal crimes. If this is who you want as your family law attorney, then by all means, go for it.
