I called Richard's office on a whim needed a ticket in NC taken care of, I live out of state. Richard's office personnel was very sweet as well as quick to assist me. And when I say quick I mean QUICK! I called for assistance at 12 pm and by 3 pm he had both of my tickets RESOLVED! He avoided points... on my license and my insurance. He was quick efficient and honest and the possible outcome. I hope to not have any more driving issues in NC but if I do I will never call another lawyer again. Wonderful experience I HIGHLY recommend.

I got pulled over for speeding and had a court date for the beginning of September. The problem? I was trying to enlist with a technical MOS in the army which literally had 1 slot left for the next basic training group coming up, and my recruiter couldn't reserve my slot with the open case. I called ...Mr. McCain's office and he got my ticket reduced AND got it settled the very same week I called him. The day he got it settled i went to the courthouse and paid it with my recruiter standing next to me. I've never worked with a lawyer and he simply explained the process to me. I'm extremy grateful to him and his kind staff for helping me in a bind. I would totally recommend him!!

When I spoke to this lawyer months ago he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard confidently said he could get this case dismissed and I would have to pay no court costs. After a few phone calls to the law office I figured my case was in good hands. Week after week I received no update...s on my case. Then I would finally get a call requesting additional information. The law office seemed very disorganized. The law office didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me they lost my case. Paid a hundred dollars for nothing. They say you get what you pay for. Spend some money on a good lawyer even if it costs more. Cheap lawyers like Richard J. McCain will take your money and lose your case.
