Amazing!!
I called Richard's office on a whim needed a ticket in NC taken care of, I live out of state. Richard's office personnel was very sweet as well as quick to assist me. And when I say quick I mean QUICK! I called for assistance at 12 pm and by 3 pm he had both of my tickets RESOLVED! He avoided points...

Richard's office got a "Voluntary Dismissal" on a 85 in 65 speeding ticket

The ladies in the office are very disorganized and rude. Lost my paper work twice! They sent my court information to someone elses address. Down to the last minute.
