Daniel R. Francis

After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University, Railroad Litigation Lawyer Dan Francis obtained his Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law. Since 1992, he has been providing outstanding legal representation for injured railroad workers and their families. Dan has a personal connection to this area of law -- growing up, members of his family worked in the railroad industry. Because of this, he has a unique understanding of the hardships faced by railroaders and other blue-collar workers. As the founding attorney of the Dan Francis Law Firm PLLC, Dan makes it his mission to provide skilled and compassionate legal services for every single client.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Quarter Horse, working on the family farm and hiking with his dog. He also enjoys restoring old Ford tractors and classic muscle cars. Dan had been helping railroaders and other industrial workers with legal matters for over 30 years. He is a Volunteer with operation lifesaver, a state and national organization promoting railroad safety and crossing safety to prevent death and injury to people in vicinity of the railroad tracks, crossings and operations. He appreciates any opportunities to talk with schools, community groups, first responders and others to get the message out about the dangers of being around railroad tracks.
