Lauren Olivia Dickerson

A year ago, I hired Lauren for an expungement while being represented by her father for a custody case. He recommended her as the best. Since, she never contacted nor updated me on the progress, prompting me to call. Since she has no voicemail, the receptionist had to message her. She will not call y...ou back, but may email you. In July, she advised me only one more step was needed before finalizing the expungement. One year later, I called to ask if it was done. Much to my dismay, I was informed Lauren was closing my file and refunding my fees, without reason. I tried contacting her but got no response. This happened just after I dismissed her father due to how poorly he was handling my custody case. Now I have to start over again and hire a lawyer. If losing custody of my child for 3 years wasn't hard enough, even worse was an incompetent lawyer pulling the plug and wasting my valuable time.
