Professional, Genuine, Caring and Passionate are just a few of the adjectives to describe John Loftin. My wife and I hired John's firm to handle our Estate Litigation/Will Caveat case that we were involved in. We went into the Mediation not sure what to expect or even how it worked. John outlined wha...t was happening, and what was going to happen and kept reassuring us that our game plan was still in tact. His mediation skills far exceeded our expectations. John took a very stressful situation that were in and made it very comforting for us. John's firm was recommended to us by a friend and we highly recommend him for your legal needs!

I hired Mr. Loftin for more than one legal issue. He was very difficult to contact, rarely called back, and I spent a good bit of money for little effort. I thought that was how all lawyers operate, but now I know that is not the case. Mr. Loftin has been around for awhile, knows the judges, but tha...t doesn't make his representation worth your money. I would not hire him again, even though I didn't lose a case. I spent a lot of money and a lot of worry on this guy...I suggest doing your research before hiring an attorney. I wish I had.

Mr. Loftin promised a lot however, he was completely lacking any initiative. Didn't have any plan regarding how to proceed in my best interests. I always had to suggest him what should be done as a result of internet research I performed. He was always in the defense instead of protecting me and my i...nterests from the other side which was very aggressive. I changed the attorney (unfortunately after wasting time and money with Mr. Loftin) and now I understand the meaning of "staying behind your client" and "defensing his interests".
