Both attorney Daron Satterfield and his paralegal Vondell Davis provided exceptional service during a closing on a condominium I recently purchased in Chapel Hill. Mr. Satterfield is friendly and engaging. He was helpful in answering any question I had with regard to the closing process and paperwo...rk. Ms. Davis was extremely responsive and went above and beyond what I would have considered "typical" for a closing attorney's office staff to do - particularly working to answer questions I had regarding the financial statements related to the closing. Ms. Davis wrote and promptly responded to many emails (not just from me, but from all parties) and researched an issue I had with some HOA charges. She was professional and courteous. Both attorney Satterfield and paralegal Davis did great work and I really felt they put me, as the client, first in the process. I am very satisfied and happy that I asked attorney Satterfield's firm to handle my closing!
