We hired Mr. Rayborn to assist us in creating our new dental practice. He was patient and helpful as we brought him our concerns and inexperience. Becoming a doctor involves virtually no training in business operations, and we were incredibly grateful for his consistent professionalism. His experience allowed him to predict (and thus prevent) problems, from designing our partnership agreement and corporate documents through negotiating our lease. He was easily accessible, generous with his time, and provided (and continues to provide) the highest level of customer service. Now, we have the practice we wanted and can focus on delivering patient care.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have had the privilege of working with Cory on a number of occasions when my clients needed a business lawyer who had experience that I do not. All of my clients who have worked with Cory were well pleased with his legal knowledge, professional courtesy and his attention to delivering high quality legal work on an economically efficient basis. I will continue to refer clients to Cory and, quite frankly, there is no higher compliment one lawyer can give another than entrusting their clients. If you care about references then that should make a big difference to you. I endorse this lawyer.
