Pahola K. Burgos Chala is a second-generation immigrant. Her parents came to the United States over two decades ago seeking a better future for their family. Along the way, they encountered a notary who promised them help in attaining legal status. Unfortunately, they were scammed and not only were they not able to adjust their status, they also lost all of their savings. It was at this point that Pahola was truly able to see the disparities that exist and the needs of our immigrant community.
Through hard work and dedication, she graduated law school and she now aspires to bring hope and relief to families, that like hers, have nowhere to turn.
Being part of an immigrant family, has led Pahola to realize that our community often needs assistance beyond navigating the immigration system. As such, Pahola takes a variety of cases to offer her clients a comprehensive service that covers all their needs.

Great attorney
I went to Pahola for a consultation on my petition case. She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. More importanly she spoke Spanish which is my first language. Working with a Latina attorney is certainly a plus since she can really understand exactly what I am going through.
