How long do they have to file an indictment after charges are filed on you. ie charges were filed on me July 29,2013.

If this was the Federal system, it would be five years usually. You may have to ask how long does Texas have to indict you instead.

My son is in the county jail with no bond for attempted murder. I think that he have three prior bonds on him.
