If this was a Federal prosecution - under BOP policy, if he has his HS Diploma or GED, he will serve aroug 85% of the sentence on good behavior.

You havr a Rule 11 problem here and unfortunately you do not have the facts present - so direct appeal or 2255IAC appeal are the next possible...
