While this was affirmed at a second level hearing, you still have the right to another appeal to Superior Court. Good Luck.

You really need to consult a real estate attorney because rent to own without the exact amount of the rent going to the equity of the home runs...

It really depends on the evidence and when the bankruptcy was. Contact your districts US Attoeny's office to examine the evidence you have.
