How can a person be charged with a 922 (G)(1) when a gun is found in a friends car that he is driving?

If he was in the general area of a gun, even circumstantially, he gets a 922(g) charge, which can be amended to better suit the actual description....

I would contact the local postmaster to start an investigation. You want to look at the results of the investigation before filing civilly.

You first would file a complaint with the local postmaster. At that interview, you may find out more of the applicable laws she violated.

I have recently found out i have a federal detainer on child indencey back in '08 this has to be a mistake or identity theft.

It looks like some sort of Federal Sex crime, but if a detainer was issued, were you in State custody sometime on 08?
