She’s the one you want on your side.

I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by my divorce lawyer, Arlene Zipp. She skillfully secured everything I requested and more. Her efficiency ensured my money was wisely spent without unnecessary communication. Every time we met, she was prepared, told me what I needed to ...know for the present steps, and was realistic with my situation. Additionally, both she and her assistant, Tracy, were consistently available to address any questions or concerns, thankfully making the long and arduous process of divorce a smooth and successful experience. I highly recommended Arlene for anyone navigating a divorce. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

The best of the best…..

I was referred to Arlene, and was told she’s “the best of the best.” Within 3 minutes of meeting Arlene, I knew she was the one who would fight for me. I had consulted other attorneys, even with less expensive retainer fees, And I never felt “heard”. After catching my husband having an affair, I was... broken. Arlene listened, she asked the hard questions, she gave me hard truths. I didn’t walk in there looking for a friend, I walked in looking for a fighter to stand up for me when I couldn’t stand up for myself. In any divorce, there are 3 sides to the story, Yours, Theirs, and the Truth is somewhere in the middle. If you don’t walk in with the willingness to give her the good, bad and the ugly, she cannot properly represent you….no one can. But if you walk in with honestly, she will fight like a Mama Bear to protect you and stand up for you. She never made any promises of a win, often told me “there is no crystal ball” and ALWAYS gave me the truth and best prepared me for all possible outcomes. She is very honest, direct, focused, driven, serious, protective of the children, and has a heart of gold.

She advised my husbands terribly.

She actually advised my husband to throw me out of my house of 21 years of marriage with three children ages ranging from 9 to 20 years old. I had been a dependent on him for the 21 year. She also advised him, Though I had 50/50 custody to not pay me child support and a year later she then advis...ed him to do so, after thirteen months of not doing so. She has advised him to not give me a penny, leaving me to go to the government for help when my husband and I own many assets and we have a pretty good income as well. She had him fire me from our businesses that we own together and to cut off my checks. She also advised him to tell me not be With my kids which my attorney laughed at and said she likes to get on her HIgh Horse, a good amount. I don’t believe this woman is competent of giving anyone advise on marriage or children not today or any day.

Focused, Dedicated and Supportive

Arlene has been nothing less than professional and supportive in my divorce case. She did not seem money hungry, as the previous reviewer stated, and did not even want me to retain her until there was a true need. When I did, I found her to be very reasonable. She’s focused, dedicated and supporti...ve. Grateful for her through this difficult journey.

Rude and money hungry

I went in for a consultation and left feeling like a POS. Arlene was rude, unsympathetic and not helpful whatsoever. She read the complaint filed by my ex husband and tore me to bits in an ugly manner without allowing me to state my side. To top it all off she didn't tell me I could file a counter... suit on my own. Instead she said she wouldn't do anything for me until I retained her for $6,000. I got a second opinion and that lawyer gave me all the info I needed with just a consultation fee. Including all the paperwork I needed to file a counter claim on my own. Arlene is just only in it for the money, which was apparent when she said my ex and I would end up in court and I needed a lawyer. Both the second opinion lawyer AND mediator said that wasn't true. My ex and I settled everything during mediation so I would have wasted $6,000. Arlene doesn't care about her clients. Avoid her at all costs!

"Arlene is a caring advocate for her clients and a strong litigator in the courtroom. I feel sorry for other family law attorneys when I see them in trial with Attorney Zipp, because I know they're facing an uphill battle. She is experienced, sharp, and thorough. I endorse her without reservation."
