Jennifer is a dedicated attorney and zealous advocate for her clients.
She maintains a general practice focusing primarily on immigration and employment matters. Assisting business and individual clients in various avenues of immigration and employment law, Jennifer’s practice ranges from preparation of employee separation agreements, workplace discrimination, employment-based temporary visas and green cards, compliance matters, FOIA cases, consular processing, inadmissibility waivers, law-enforcement visas and family immigration, among others.
In addition, Jennifer represents developers, boards, members and management companies alike in the formation and maintenance of homeowners’ associations.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and her Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is dually licensed in North Carolina and Massachusetts and resides in Greensboro with her husband, Jared, and their two daughters. She enjoys family time, reading, gardening and public service work.
