Excellent Listener -- Takes Time to Understand

Scott is a great lawyer. He understands that estate planning can be overwhelming so he does everything possible to make sure that you understand what needs to be done, by when and the outcome that will be achieved. Felt totally comfortable with him. His office is very inviting, too. Professional, ...yet comfortable.

Experienced, Efficient, and Very Accomidating

When my family needed an attorney to handle an Estate, we were recommended Scott Eggleston. Not only was his staff friendly and accommodating, but Scott went out of his way to answer our questions, ease our concerns, and help us to feel comfortable with all choices and actions. He was never condesc...ending and he never acted rushed - we felt like our business was important and that he was completely committed to our needs. We will continue to use him for all future needs.

Estate Planning

Contacted Scott Eggleston to prepare documents necessary for estate planning for my wife and myself. These included will, health care power of attorney, durable power of attorney and living will. Mr. Eggleston conducted a thorough interview, explained the purpose and need for the various documents ...and what they accomplish. My wife and I never felt rushed or that our questions were foolish. The time from our meeting to being provided with our documents was extremely short. Charges for services were very reasonable. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Eggleston and his Firm.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
