I used their service before, they were nice at first I came to them again for a repeat service and was expressing my upset about high prices everywhere, including lawyer fees, nothing to do with the woman I spoke too. I gave my card number and was expecting payment to be taken. The women hung ...up on me due to being offended and ended up not taking my payment and refused to put me on the lawyer calendar for representation. Worst part is the women clerk did not even tell me they didn’t go to court for me and now I have a failure to appear because of this firm. They didn’t tell me to find other representation and they made me believe they went and now I have a warrant for my arrest due to failure to appear that I have to pay even more to another lawyer to fix I would not use them unless your acting on your best behavior and make sure you don’t offend them. Now I drive everyday in fear of being scanned by a cop and being pulled over and arrested for an issue that should never have happened and that could have easily been resolved if people would just listen and communicate properly and not take such easy offense when they see people in distress at the world. Now I may be arrested and treated like a murder with harsh treatment when I’m hard working new father trying to make ends meet in a world of corruption and greed. I would certainly like to hear the lawyers response since I have no way of getting in touch with him and all contact is through his secretary Also if there is any dispute about the conversations that were had, I hope there are recordings we can listen back on to prove what I’m saying actually happened, because I don’t want someone to say I’m lying, so I’m trying to get the proof needed.
