Best RE Attorney For Complex Deals

I have used Brian over 50 times on various real estate transactions and many of those are very complicated. I enjoy working with him and his team.

Best experience ever!

I worked with many closing attorneys in the past but my experience with ICS was the best. They're very responsive, friendly, and diligent. I feel very safe & protected when I’m represented by them. They keep me updated about the progress of the title search throughout the due diligence period so I ca...n make an informed decision. They took the time to give me a free consultation before I started to work with them. The consultation was very informative and enlightening. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They always answer my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will always hire them to represent me in all my future closings.

Let the buyer beware

Run the other way. This firm handled the closing of my house. Badly. I fed them the loan information, yet they still messed things up royally. Don't use them. There are lawyers in this city that are competent and that care. In my opinion, this is not one of them.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
