Biography
W. Bradford “Brad” Collins is a founder and managing partner of Collins Price, PLLC. He is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the Eastern, Western and Middle District Federal Courts, as well as the United States Federal Circuit. Brad focuses his practice on representing individuals seeking benefits through the Social Security Administration Disability Insurance Benefits program. He has established relationships across the State, advising on business and legal matters.
Born in Rocky Mount and raised in Kernersville, North Carolina, Brad attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He received his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
Prior to forming Collins Price, PLLC, Brad was an associate at a boutique disability firm in Greensboro, NC. He has successfully represented disability claimants across North Carolina at the administrative hearing, appeals council and federal district court levels.
