Collaborative Divorce should not be an option or at the very least it should be called Submissive Divorce. There’s a reason so few lawyers offer this service and from experience I can say: It’s because it doesn’t work! Not to mention tens of thousands of dollars wasted. I do not recommend Kelley o...r her firm because she did not act in the best interest of my family, instead doing what benefited the client; which is traditional divorce, not collaborative. Hides behind a veil of “dignity and compassion.”
