Biography
Katie (Fulk) Hinds is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis and Wake Forest University School of Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in August 2008 and is currently licensed to practice in all state courts in North Carolina and in federal court in the Middle District of North Carolina.
Over the last ten years, Katie has been in private practice, focusing in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, probate, estate/guardianship litigation, disability, criminal defense and traffic matters. Currently, her primary practice areas are motor vehicle litigation, collections law, estate planning and probate, and guardianship.
Katie has handled hundreds of trials between all her practice areas over the last ten years. She is a strong litigator and a passionate advocate for her clients in and out of the courtroom.
Katie and her husband are members and Bible study leaders at Calvary Baptist Church. In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter.
