Joshua Thomas Simmons

Mr simmons was selected to be a court appointed lawyer for me for the most important case in my life. The case is not finished however i will be firing him at next appearance. I thought lawyers actually cared. I quickly realized he only thought about me when it was the day of court. I dont understand... half of the things that r going on in court i have asked him several times about special visits with my kids that he does not even acknowledge to the judge. The allegations can be appealed but he hasnt once tried. Josh u let me down but i guess i understand ..cause being a mother of 5 kids that i have souly taking care of for 17 years it is hard to come up with money to make you work. You should b removed from the court appointed attorneys list cause its obvious you hate your job. I depend on u and you let me down. You letmy kids down. Wish you could have just believe in me a little and give me a chance. Its okay because with or without u im gonna get my kids back..mr simmons never speaks up for me. Hoping others have better luck.its obvious that some lawyers are just here for the money.
