D. Kenneth “Ken” Tisdale, Jr., joined the law firm of Grace, Tisdale & Clifton in 2002. Since then, he has devoted his practice to DWI defense and handling alcohol-related cases. Ken previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Winston-Salem where he focused on prosecuting DWI cases and complex felony trials in Superior Court. He has extensive expertise in the area of DWI law both as a defense attorney and prosecutor, including numerous trials at both the Superior Court and District Court levels. Ken has been trained in the administrating sobriety field tests and uses his knowledge to assist individuals, finding solutions to efficiently and discreetly handle cases. In addition to his DWI representation, Ken has substantial trial experience in North Carolina District and Superior Courts for a wide range of criminal matters including drug crimes, murder charges, sexual assault, and financial crimes.
