Attorney Bennett D. Rainey is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Family Law who counsels clients on a wide range of divorce-related issues including high conflict child custody and visitation disputes, collaborative divorce, analysis of complex financial matters, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, alimony, and the division of marital assets.
Bennett is a compassionate and trustworthy advocate who is committed to providing his family law clients with high quality services and representation. This starts with having a firm grasp of the facts and issues that make each case unique. Bennett's goal is to help clients secure the best outcomes possible by identifying critical issues, articulating the law's application to particular facts, and arguing for desired results.
A lawyer dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions about their cases, Bennett is honest with clients about when they should go to trial and when they should settle outside of court. His advice is always based on a concern for his clients' financial well-being and the welfare of their children.
A little bit about Bennett: He grew up in Davidson, North Carolina, a small town just north of Charlotte. He was a competitive swimmer throughout his youth and attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) on an athletic scholarship.
