I am the person involved in the April 23, 2010, incident referenced in the previous post. I have worked for Mr. Vogler for the past 12 years and have extensive knowledge of the workings of the criminal court system, however, I am not an attorney. The woman involved asked for legal advice. Not being an attorney, I have been instructed by Mr. Vogler not to give out any legal advice, as it would be unethical to do so and a violation of NC Law. The lady was not agreeable to having Mr. Vogler contact her to answer her legal questions. She simply got mad, told me I wasn't giving her straight answers and left the office screaming and using profanity. I did everything I could to help this individual to the best of my ability, but she would not allow me to do so. Mr. Vogler and his staff strive to offer the best service possible to the public and take pride in doing so!
