His practice includes helping families with young children, special needs families, business owners, unmarried couples and individuals with transitioning their financial and family wealth to their family. Through his patience and his ability to truly listen to client concerns, he is able to translate his client's vision into a plan that meets their desires and exceeds their expectations, developing lifelong relationships with his clients and their families.

Having a financial, insurance, and real estate background, he has been able to help business owners with the myriad of legal and tax issues that arise, and design a plan to ensure that the business legacy survives long after the founder is gone. Additionally, his firm also counsels both businesses and individuals on how to shield their assets from judgments, creditors and divorces.

After admission to the West Virginia Bar in 2007, Ron worked with two well-known small firms near Charleston, WV. While working for those firms, he gained valuable experience, but at the same time felt frustration with the typical law practice that seemed to thrive on the misery of the clients. This experience, along with his previous 12 year career serving clients in the real estate and insurance fields, formed a deep desire and vision to practice law with a different approach: building lifetime relationships with his clients.
