Biography
My practice focuses on civil defense litigation with an emphasis in construction, insurance defense, products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, and toxic torts. Because litigation can be a very stressful event for even the most sophisticated clients, I pride myself in being responsive to my clients' needs and concerns and I work toward developing creative solutions for resolving issues in a professional and ethical manner. Also, I am comfortable taking cases to trial when pre-trial resolution is not in my client's best interests.
