I contacted Senior Legal Aid about an issue I'm having with a neighbor and my landlord. I have diagnosed Obstructive sleep apnea and my upstairs neighbor continues to wake me up by banging on the wall, dropping a heavy object on the floor or stomping loudly on her floor to wake me up. This has affect...ed my overall health which was already compromised by the aforementioned sleep apnea, hypertension, COPD and four major open heart surgeries. I can't get any relief from my landlord, the police refuse to get involved and I contacted Senior Legal Aid and this attorney sent me an email basically saying you're on your own and I'm closing the case. Really? I'm 73 years old, retired and handicapped and he tells me "good luck" with that. Unbelievable
