Excellent and Professional
I hired Debra as my divorce attorney, and she did an amazing job. As the husband, I was facing an uphill battle from the start, but Debra's skill and knowledge got a settlement reached which was better than I initially had hoped for. Wonderful experience, knowledgeable and responsive!
Debra was wonderful in assisting me in a custody case. She was a beacon of hope when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. I had a very challenging situation that involved co-parenting with the other parent who lived out of state, and has a history of domestic violence and addiction issues. Debra worked hard to insure the safety of my child, and helped me to stay focused during a very difficult and emotional situation. Debra is a very hard working attorney who keeps great communication and works hard for her clients. I'm eternally grateful for her service and I highly recommend Debra Chafin and her team!

Debra was recommended to me by a Gentlemen whose wife had hired Debra when she divorced him. After my 37-year husband had presented me with divorce papers, this Gentleman told me I needed the best, and Debra was all that and more! She has uncovered things in her research that had not been previously disclosed. She was eloquent in the courtroom and her staff is top-notch! A shark with a soft voice
Debra is a shark and she kills it in the courtroom. Her voice is soft spoken but if you listen to her words the are cutting and precise. She prepared for the worst but gave me the best. She is worth every penny. She handled a domestic violence case and divorce case for me. She gave me the tough advice the type your big sister would give. I walked away with no alimony to be ex spouse which was what I wanted. We walked away with what we came in with. She really is the best. I would recommend her to anyone she is worth it.

Wonder Woman Divorce Attorney
From the first meeting till the final settlement totally timely, engaged and proactive. Knew her stuff. Coming out from the death of my spouse of 40 years, I didn't follow sage advise on healing and grieving. Found a person on line thirteen months after my wife passed we married. It was pretty much a sham marriage as the woman was in it from a settlement from the get go. I made many mistakes and hurt my own cause in court. Debra and Candace did everything they could considering the bad position I had put myself into. Debra was not only a good attorney but treated me like a son. Couldn't ask for better. I learned much and am better for the experience. I will be much wiser going forward.

Very Professional and Caring

I would highly recommend Debra Chafin. She, along with her staff, were very professional and thorough. She addressed all the issues and answered my many questions. Debra and staff are great!! From initial meeting to the end, Debra has no nonsense approach that was just what I needed to get me through my divorce case.
