I am described by my clients and colleagues as being intense and passionate about what I do.A critic, ally of one of my opponents, called me uncaring and narcissistic.

In it, I share my experience and my values, which include thinking of every child impacted by my efforts as precious, to me and my clients.  

I have a very wide perspective of interests, science, technology, history, philosophy, psychology, photography, and the law, and I read constantly. I like biographies, historical novels, science history, history, science fiction, and classics. I apply what I have learned to my legal practice. 

 Becoming a lawyer, and learning to think like one, was difficult for me. I did not like the "Socratic Method", and my handwriting was cramped and slow. I think that is one reason why I use technology and time-saving techniques. I can't just sit down and handwrite ten pages. And people can't read it if I do. So, I use Dragon Naturally Speaking, my keyboard, and dictation devices to get my point across. 

 I represent individuals and small businesses, hardly ever "the big guy". With an experienced staff of three persons, I see myself more as a stealth missile than a cluster bomb. Others use the term "pit bull", gentle and friendly, unless you rile me. Then I won't let go.

Practicing trial and family law is not stress-free, so a good lawyer knows how to manage that. Give us a call.

 If you are sneaky and abusive, I won't be just the lawyer for you. I will call you on it and try to help you mend your ways. I will protect you from bullies and work towards an honorable compromise, But, if you are persistently dishonest, we will part.

 If you are my opponent, I will be a good partner in working towards a solution, and I will keep my word to you. Abuse my client, treat me without respect, or cheat me or my client, and I will make you pay.
