This guy “represented” me and my wife in a case. His rates seemed reasonable but early on, he was very reluctant to go to court. I couldn’t understand why he was acting like it was a slam dunk, trash talking the other side, and then trying to talk us out of going to court. We paid and there were no f...ee disputes. Found out his credibility is questionable with the local judges. I’m not posting my city/county because we’ve wisely retained competent counsel. Just beware you’re not trading low rates for the bare minimum defense.

Dave Mascio won my court case. My parental rights were restored. Absolutely amazing attorney. Linda (wife) always available responds back in less then 30 min. They both held my hand and walked me through my entire case, as to what needed to be done. Dave gave me hope when I first walked into his off...ice after no one else did. He knew exactly what needed to be done. However, he was up front and honest with us from day one. Price was reasonable and I would hire again if ever needed.
