Barry M. Hill

Barry Hill has joined Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C. and is the resident partner in the firm's Wheeling, West Virginia, office.

Barry Hill adds his mass tort reputation to Anapol Schwartz's well established national mass tort practice. Hill's more than 30 years of civil litigation experience also includes financial fraud and other complex litigation. He has handled a range of noteworthy consumer cases for the Attorney General for West Virginia.

Active in the legal community, he is a former president of the West Virginia Association for Justice and currently sits on its board of governors. Hill also serves as member of the the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America.
