I have multiple pieces of evidence showing this attorney was deliberately bias in my family court case. She filed 3 court reports: the first one deliberately excluded important facts about the case and was almost incoherent it was so poorly written. Her second report she made excuses, saying she co...uldn't report information she hadn't received...yet she billed us for an hour long interview where she was shown and given access to all the info and evidence she chose to exclude and pervert. Her 3rd report was a direct retaliation to being questioned about her bias in the first 2 reports. She fabricated an accusation of child molestation!! I have testimony now from the people she claimed made the accusation, that it was Ms Neely herself who made the accusation...Here's how she did it...first she made a false cps report, then she went to another family and said "hey I have this cps report, that I definitely didn't make, that gives me reason to suspect this guy did something to your kids...". The cps report she made was never investigated because cps already knew it was fraudulent!! She used 3 layers of her own lies and legal connections to "create suspicion" against an innocent party and rig a custody case! And it still didn't work and there's proof of all of it. If there is any real law or justice this person will be disbarred and made to repay the people she has hurt and swindled.
