My name is Aaron Amore. I created Amore Law, PLLC to fill what I see as a vital need for West Virginia consumers. Many West Virginia residents are struggling in today’s economy to make ends meet. They are often subjected to abusive and illegal collection activities by their creditors and debt collectors. There are a full range of protections under state and federal law.
For the past fifteen years I have handled a wide variety of consumer related cases: bankruptcies under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13; predatory lending; mortgage/servicer abuse cases; West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act; Fair Debt collection Procedures Act; Credit Repair Organizations Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have successfully litigated consumer cases in both state and federal courts, obtaining money judgment/settlements, cancellation of debt and the avoidance of a mortgage deed of trust for my clients.
My experience has shown that representing financially distressed consumers presents a full range of problems as well as potential solutions. I have developed a unique skill set that enables me to assist consumers and to devise both effective and often creative solutions to accomplish the client’s goals.
