This attorney was appointed to represent my daughter. He never contacted her. He would not return my calls if I was able to leave a message. Several times his mailbox was full. I finally friended him on FB and he accepted the request. He was running for an elected office at the time. I have picke...d up a packet to file a formal complaint with the WV judicial board. Advised my daughter and spoke (the one time he answered the phone)and sent him a msg via msgr requesting new counsel be appointed. That was in March, motion filed in May. Today she was appointed new counsel. Would not recommend. I wrote this on behalf og my daughter.

Jason Steadman was appointed as my attorney for a CPS case. I whole heartedly believe he was literally just there because I can't go to court without counsel. He did not defend me none what so ever and there was plenty to defend me on. He never objected, he never ask for proof of any of the allega...tions I was being accused of, he never questioned nor called any witnesses. He's been my attorney since May of 2021 and I think I might have gotten ahold of him like 5 times. He never answers me, never calls me back, never answers my emails. I seriously believe he played a huge part in me losing my baby boy because if he would have actually put just a little bit of effort into my case and actually faught for me, there's no way I would have lost.
