Jordan Lee Damron

Jordan Damron is a West Virginia attorney whose career uniquely combines sharp legal acumen, hands-on government service, and innovative technology-driven strategies. A proud WVU alumnus — holding a J.D. from the College of Law and a B.A. in Finance — Jordan brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every client engagement.

From 2017 to 2024, Jordan served as Legal Counsel and Communications Director to West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, providing strategic guidance on high-stakes legal, legislative, policy, and communications matters. In that role, he collaborated directly with the West Virginia Legislature, the White House, and leaders from Fortune 500 companies, developing deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and turning challenges into opportunities.

After his government service, Jordan represented Fortune 500 clients at a boutique litigation firm before launching Damron Law PLLC — a solo practice in Charleston dedicated to delivering principled, technology-enhanced counsel. His practice areas include business and transactional law, intellectual property, real estate, energy and natural resources, estate planning, government relations, election law, AI and emerging technology, and virtual general counsel services.

Licensed in West Virginia, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, Jordan is committed to empowering businesses, families, and communities with forward-thinking legal solutions.
