Man Mr Bungard is an amazing attorney who is down to earth and really have his clients best interests at heart. I dont want to go into the details of my case but it was a big one . Supposedly a big amount of drugs were found in a car I was driving. But the way the troopers pulled me over and prolon...ged the search,impounded the car and handcuffed me ,and also took off my socks while I was handcuffed, violated my rights . Then to find out that these two troopers were operating a vehicle where the dash camera wasnt working didn't look to good for them as well. David bungard uncovered all of this . If it wasnt for his well known wisdom and knowledge in the law I would of had been doing atleast 40 years in a federal prison. He filed a motion that went in my favor 5 times and the judge only had to pick one, so whatever they found in that car they couldn't use against me.
