At one point in time I totally misjudged Mr Mitchell. He is an ethical and an honest attorney and I would totally recommend him for any legal matter you may be involved in if it is something withon his scope of expertise. There really are none better in the state of WV.

Hired John for my 2nd DUI. Before the ink dried on the check I wrecked again and got another DUI but with felony evasion included. I was looking at 3years min and being a felon who couldn't drive 10years. I didn't give him a winner case by any means but he worked with me,explained strategy and listened to my thoughts and ideas and we forged ahead. We knocked the one to a reckless driving and the ugly basically unwinnable felony case was plead down to a DUI alcohol 1st offense with a fine and 60days home confinement. I still lost my right to drive 5 years but that's the DMV and there was no chance there,it could have been 10. I would be incarcerated right now over a year later, had I gone with a public defender or lesser attorney. I wrecked more than 2 cars, I had wrecked my life but it could have been so, so much worse.
