I retained Mr. Smith's services for a very difficult divorce and custody dispute. When the case developed in complexity and began to drag on, Mr. Smith seemed to lose interest in listening to his client, as well as answering basic questions, many of which went unanswered. Upon hiring another attorney... and experiencing rapid and clear, concise responses, it became evident Mr. Smith had not been paying much attention. Mr Smith also filed a vital document completely without my review and approval, and even forgot my former wife's name after months of experience with the case. If you have a simple matter to resolve, Mr. Smith certainly is well versed in the law, but from my experience I would not recommend him for a case in which you need a highly dedicated advocate.
