Howard M. Persinger has been a leader in the field of natural resource law with more than 50 years of legal experience. Since 1964, he has been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and more. He began his law practice in his hometown of Williamson, West Virginia, and practices in a variety of fields, including mineral law, commercial litigation and arbitration, and personal injury law. He works alongside his son, Howard M. Persinger, III to provide legal counsel and support to as many clients as possible. Howard is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, and prior to his legal career was stationed in Okinawa from 1959 to 1961.
