Paasionate and Dedicated in Family Law
Through thoughtful planning and effective legal strategy Erica was able to ensure the safety of multiple children that were in a home exposing them to mental and physical abuse. The opposing party in the case had a a major financial advantage and was using every trick possible, but Erica, being a mother of 4 herself, fought back hard and and secured the safe return of 3 children to their better suited parent and secured the award of reasonable attorney fees to her client. I can say from personal experience that Erica went above and beyond what I would expect from any family law attorney and that she will be my first call if my children's safety is ever in question.
