J. Steven Hunter

Mr. Hunter was hired to represent me in an estate settlement before a fiduciary Commissioner. After almost a year and a half a hearing was finally set. Mr. Hunter told me there was no need for me or my witnesses to appear that he would handle it. The following day, I called Mr. Hunter to find out wh...at happened at the hearing. Mr Hunter said, the hearing had been canceled because the Commissioner had been called out of town. A week later received a letter from the Commissioner that the hearing had, in fact, been held as scheduled and they found for the other party because Mr Hunter failed to appear. Mr Hunter lied about the hearing and I had to pay for a hearing that Mr. Hunter was supposed to attend. Mr. Hunter is very unethical and unprofessional and not to be trusted to represent you or your interests.
