Gregory Watson Smith

Had a DUI case. He got the breathalyzer removed from evidence so no mandatory jail time. Still got the other penalties based off of it's results but this is a reflection of the court and not Greg's performance. Amherst Court has a 'whatever we feel like' approach to the law, Greg did what he coul...d with a corrupt judicial system.

This attorney is juggling way too many cases at one time.Mr.Smith had no time to review my case properly and absolutely no time or patience to even listen to the details of my case.Mr.Smith was not prepared for court and did not even know what evidence the opposing attorney had or did not have! Rude,...unresponsive to client and all around a huge waste of time and money!. I could of saved myself the money and represented myself and got much better results!!
